Return & Exchange Policy

Domestic Orders:

• Return/exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• Sale items can be exchanged or a store credit will be issued.

Non-returnable Items: Clearance sale items.

Credit Notes:

• Valid for 1 year

• Not redeemable for cash

Exchange Policy:

• Only one exchange per order

• COD not available for exchanges

• Price differences to be paid or refunded via store credit

Refund Policy:

• Issued after product passes quality check

• Processed within 2-3 working days

• No refunds on sale items; store credit or exchanges allowed

International Orders:

• No returns/exchanges

• Cancellations only before dispatch

• For defects, contact us with order ID and images for investigation and refund/credit note
